The Evaporator Core is the heat exchanger which is at absorbs heat from evaporating liquid refrigerant. When the liquid refrigerant, which is at low temperature and low pressure passes through the Evaporator Core, it absorbs heat and evaporates the refrigerant. It then conerts the refrigerant into a low temperature and low pressure gas.
Based on the method of Nocolok Brazing and the design of maximized tank for heat exchange, the Evaporator Core helps the refrigerant pass freely. The surface of it is plated for antibiotic, mold, hydrophilic property and corrosion resistance. |
